All prospective employees of the PCA Early Learning Center must agree to a criminal records check which includes a fingerprint analysis, a reference check and a signed child abuse conviction statement. All employees must possess a high school diploma / GED.
18 hours of training in the areas of communicable disease, first aid and CPR, and child abuse recognition is mandatory. To maintain the PCA Early Learning Center standard of excellence, all employees are required to have at least 15 hours of training per year contributing to our staff members being among the best in the market.
